hi everybody!!!

every few months I want to re-wire my entire life and end up creating a new version of the same website BUT i think this one is here to stay!! :)

i have a lot of goals for this page, what i want it to look and feel like, but it starts with consistent action and pursuing it even when it is challenging. on Instagram, it may seem like this is just another apiring mental health page. but to me, it feels like something unique i can bring into the world.
